📦 MOQ, Pricing & Samples

1. What is your MOQ?

Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU (mixed colors OK within the same mold). For full-custom mold orders the MOQ is 2,000 pcs. New brand owners can also start with our open-mold catalog at MOQ 300.

2. Can I get a sample before placing the bulk order?

Yes. Standard catalog samples ship in 7 days at USD 50-150 per piece (refundable on first PO ≥500 pcs). Custom-printed samples take 12-15 days at USD 80-220.

3. How is FOB price calculated?

FOB Ningbo = Body cost + Lid + Printing + Packaging + 8% factory margin

4. Do you accept small trial orders?

For first-time buyers we accept trial orders of 300 pcs on selected catalog SKUs (no custom mold). Pricing is +18% above 500 pcs tier — fair compromise so you can market-test before committing.

5. What can I customize?

• Color — Pantone match, MOQ 500/color (powder coat / soft-touch matte / electroplated)
• Logo — silk-screen, heat-transfer, UV print, laser engraving, debossing
• Packaging — white box, color box, gift box, FBA-ready carton, pallet config
• Mold ODM — your own shape from sketch, USD 3,800-7,500, 35-50 days, IP-protected
• Accessories — straws, brushes, sleeves, gift cards, hangtags

6. How long does a custom mold take?

Standard ODM mold: 35-50 days from sketch sign-off to first sample. Includes 3 design iterations and free sample shipping.

7. Is my design protected?

Yes — we sign a Mutual NDA before sketch review and a Mold Exclusivity Agreement on PO confirmation. Your design will not be sold to any other buyer for the lifetime of the mold.

🚢 Lead Time & Shipping

8. What is the production lead time?

Standard catalog SKUs: 22-30 days mass production after deposit + sample approval.
Custom mold SKUs: 50-65 days total (mold 35-50 + production 15).
Kids products: +5-7 days for extra QC.

9. What shipping terms do you support?

FOB Ningbo (default), CIF/CFR to your destination port, DDP door-to-door for FBA/3PL drops. We also support sea LCL (~30-45 days), air freight (5-8 days), and DHL/FedEx Express (3-5 days for samples).

10. Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA?

Yes — we are an experienced FBA shipper. We handle: ASIN/FNSKU labeling, polybag + suffocation warning, 65cm box weight limit, FBA carton dimensions, pallet config, ISF + AMS for US, IOSS for EU.

🔒 Payment, Compliance & Risk

11. What payment terms do you accept?

Standard: 30% T/T deposit + 70% before shipment.
For repeat buyers: 30/70 with bill of lading copy unlock.
For Fortune-500 / chain retailers: L/C at sight or 30/70/90 net.
For samples: 100% prepaid via PayPal / Wise / T/T (USD 50-220).

12. What certifications do you have?

13. What if there’s a quality issue after delivery?

We accept 3-year insulation warranty + defect rate replacement at next PO if cumulative defects >0.5%. Photo + video evidence within 30 days of delivery.

14. Do you do dropshipping or single-piece orders?

No — we are a B2B factory, not a dropshipper. MOQ 300-500 only. If you need single units, please source from Amazon resellers (we do supply some).
