OrderingWhat is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design/color. For sample orders, we accept 50–100 pieces at a higher unit cost. Custom mold development requires a higher MOQ (2,000+ pieces). See our MOQ & sample order guide for the full breakdown.
OrderingCan I mix different designs in one order?
Yes — mixed-SKU orders are common. Total order must meet MOQ, but you can distribute across designs/colors. Example: 200 of Design A + 200 of Design B + 100 of Design C = 500 total, 3 designs.
OrderingHow do I start a custom order?
5 steps: (1) Contact us with quantity, design, and logo requirements. (2) Receive quotation within 24 hours. (3) Approve sample (physical or virtual). (4) Place bulk order with 30% deposit. (5) Production and shipment.
OrderingDo you offer exclusive designs?
Yes. With a signed NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and minimum order commitment (usually 3,000+ pieces), we provide exclusive designs that won’t be sold to other clients.
ProductionWhat is the sample production time?
Standard sample production takes 3–5 working days. Custom OEM designs may require 7–14 days. Shipping time is additional: 5–7 days by express (DHL/FedEx) or 20–30 days by sea freight.
ProductionHow long does bulk production take?
After sample approval: 500–2,000 pcs = 15–20 days; 2,000–10,000 pcs = 20–30 days; 10,000+ pcs = 30–45 days. Peak season (Q4) may add 5–10 days.
ProductionWhat is your defect rate?
Our target defect rate is below 1% for premium quality orders. Strict QC at every stage: incoming materials, in-process inspection, pre-shipment inspection. Full reports provided.
MaterialsWhat materials do you use?
Food-grade stainless steel (304 and 316), BPA-free plastics, high borosilicate glass, food-grade silicone. All FDA and LFGB certified — material test reports available on request.
MaterialsWhat is the difference between 304 and 316 stainless steel?

MaterialsHow do I know the tumblers will keep drinks cold/hot?
Our vacuum-insulated tumblers maintain cold drinks 24+ hours, hot drinks 12+ hours (tested at room temperature). Test reports with specific data available. We strongly recommend ordering samples to test personally.

T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), PayPal (samples only), Western Union. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Bulk orders may qualify for open-account terms.
ShippingWhat are your shipping options?

ShippingDo you ship to Amazon FBA?
Yes — extensive Amazon FBA experience. We provide barcode labels, polybagged-and-incased products, palletized shipping, FNSKU labels, and customs-clearance documentation.
PolicyWhat is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for custom-printed products. For quality defects we either replace defective units or provide proportional refund. Pre-shipment inspection (SGS or similar) is recommended for large orders.
